My name is Talia Thomas, a sophomore at The Lawrenceville School and the Co-Vice President at ProspHer. Even as a young child, I understood the various discrepancies in female and male roles, watching as countless women were forced to remain in domestically violent households because they never had the opportunity to be financially independent and reclaim their lives. As I am got older, I understood that I should no longer stay silent an that I can make a positive impact on the other women around me. As a member of ProspHer, I am dedicated to empowering women through financial education to achieve financial independence and create a positive impact on women everywhere.
